Specifically for people involved in teaching SRE (Special Religious Education), but open to all working with children and young people this training course will introduct people to issues around:

• Child abuse and why it happens
• Child Protection laws in NSW
• Appropriate behaviour with children in congregational activities
• Dealing with inappropriate behaviour by a volunteer
• Responding to a child who may be at risk from a parent or caregiver’s behaviour.
